ORDERING:
When ordering, try to have the part number (if possible) and description. Please specify the year, make, model, engine size, transmission type and/or any special circumstances related to altering the vehicle from original specifications. Our fax order line is open 24 hours. Make sure to include any and all contact information when ordering. Remember, you cannot supply us with too much information. Orders Without a daytime phone number cannot be processed.
SHIPPING: PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY! YOU HAVE TEN DAYS FROM RECEIPT TO NOTIFY US OF ANY COMPLICATIONS.
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible after receipt of deposit. We provide our choice of daily UPS ground shipping to the continental 48 states. We will Ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, P.R., U.S.V.I. & anywhere outside the U.S. but you must call for a shipping quote to your location. The quote will be in excess of the standard shipping charge. We do not charge any handling fees or any other fee when shipping via UPS within the continental USA only, any special shipping methods or outside the states, will incur a 5% handling fee. (Drop shipments are not considered a special shipping method. All shipments are F.O.B. Fullerton, California. Customer is responsible for any & all freight charges. We can ship to international destinations. We do allow pick up's, but please call first for availability. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We will e-mail your UPS tracking number after we prepare the shipment. Once we receive your payment please allow up to 2-4 weeks to receive product. Most items ship out same day of order. If you prefer a different shipping method, please inquire. USPS will incur a $20 fee. i.e., UPS first day, UPS second day, UPS three day, Air Freight or Federal Express. E-mail or call us before paying if you are located outside the continental United States so we may give you the proper shipping amount.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
Customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs on any shipment refusal unless pre-authorized. Re-orders may require prepayment in full. Shipping charges are not refundable.
PRICING: Performance Online holds the line on price as much and for as long as possible. However, due to inflation and the constant fluctuation of economy, sometimes this cannot be done and adjustments need to be made. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
PAYING WITH PAYPAL SHIPPING INFO:
We will ship to the address provided with your pay pal payment. Should you want us to ship to a different address other than what is on your pay pal payment, the alternate address must be included in the NOTE section of your pay pal payment. Because of the volume of emails and phone calls we receive, should you send an alternate address in a separate email, we will not guarantee that it will be shipped to that address.
PAYMENT:
ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. Payment by MASTER CARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL or CERTIFIED CHECK ensures fastest processing. All C.O.D. orders up to the amount of $300.00 will be accepted. All C.O.D. orders will contain appropriate fees. C.O.D. orders will require payment via certified check or money order. Personal checks will be accepted as prepayment only and will delay shipping time, subject to bank clearance. All payments to be in U.S. funds. We accept all credit card payments by Phone or through check out. To pay by major credit card or for questions about our product call 1-714-278-0098 or e-mail us now. If you want to save the call, e-mail us your phone number, ask us to call you, and we will call you back.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
Please be patient as we answer your email. Right now we receive around 100 emails a day. We really appreciate your email and we will try to answer your email as quick as possible.
RETURN POLICY:
THIS ITEM IS NON RETURNABLE after 30 days of receipt. Exchanges may not be made without prior authorization.
1. We offer a 30-day parts replacement warranty. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event.
2. All sales are final and merchandise may be returned only with the consent of Performance Online’s merchandise staff. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact our customer service representatives for instructions.
3. Any package returned to POL for exchange must be accompanied by a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ( RGA). To obtain an RGA number it is required that you send a request via email to info@performanceonline.com. This is an automated system - we are unable to provide this information by telephone. Please DO NOT CALL with an EXCHANGE request. This request MUST be in writing and an email form will be sent to complete the request.
4. The return goods authorization number that you are issued MUST be clearly marked on the outside of your package near your address. Any packages returned to Performance Online without prior authorization, will not be accepted. NOTE: Please include a copy of your RGA e-mail and a copy of your original receipt. If you do not provide a copy of your original receipt your return will be denied and the package will be refused. NOTE: If any merchandise, packaging material, small parts, accessories and /or manuals are missing from the original box your return will be denied and the package will be refused. Any merchandise not returned in NEW condition will also be refused.
5. Send your return merchandise PREPAID via UPS or FedEx only. We DO NOT accept COD’S or shipments from any other carrier. DO NOT SEND RETURN MERCHANDISE USING THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. Using an approved carrier ensures Performance Online can accurately track your return. Performance Online, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
6. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
7. No exchange will be extended for ANY merchandise returned in unsatisfactory condition. Merchandise which has been damaged, installed, altered in any way, painted, unwrapped, electrical parts, GM non-returnable parts, literature and special order parts will not be accepted for exchange or refund, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
8. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.
9. All return items must be shipped freight prepaid, as our shipping department is not authorized to accept freight collect shipments.
10. The sale of a vehicle is not acceptable as a legitimate reason for return of product. Special circumstances may apply.
11. NO RETURNS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
12. All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Returned items must be in NEW Condition on opened, uninstalled, new condition and in the original packaging.
CANCELED ORDERS:
All orders placed with Performance Online that are canceled are charged a 5% cancellation fee.
FREIGHT CHARGES:
1. Freight charges WILL be reimbursed if you received a defective part or if the part you ordered was not the one received.
2. Freight charges WILL NOT be reimbursed if you ordered the wrong part or you decide you do not want/need the product ordered.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
1. Performance Online takes every precaution to ensure your merchandise will arrive in new, complete and intact. However, shipping accidents occasionally occur.
2. DO NOT RETURN FREIGHT/SHIPPING DAMAGED PARTS TO PERFORMANCE ONLINE!!! We are not responsible for freight /shipping damage, and cannot assist you with your claim.
CLAIMS:
Inspect your order immediately and completely while your delivery driver is present. If you discover any freight/shipping damage, DO NOT contact Performance Online. Have your delivery driver note the damage in the writing and contact UPS to file your claim. They will take the necessary steps to reimburse you. If you do not follow this procedure, UPS may not honor your claim and the loss will be come your sole responsibility.
CREDITS FOR RETURNED ITEMS:
ALL exchange items will be processed on a weekly basis. Therefore, your account will not be credited for 7-14 days AFTER the date the item was received by Performance Online. If your credit does not appear on your account AFTER 14 days, send a request via email to info@performanceonline.com. This is an automated system - we are unable to provide any information by telephone. Please DO NOT CALL again this is an automated system.
GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY:
Performance Online will not be liable for personal or property damages caused by the use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. We will repair or replace any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection. All products must be returned freight prepaid for inspection.
WARRANTY:
All merchandise Sold by performanceonline.com is fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship by the respective manufactures. Limited lifetime warranty covers original purchaser for life of product. Replacement will be limited to parts and does not include labor claims of any type.
DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES:
Claims for damaged or lost merchandise are to be made to the freight carrier. If you receive a damaged or tampered with package make a written note when signing for the package. Notify the freight carrier immediately and save the package as they will need to verify it. Claims for shortage of merchandise (other than lost items) must be made to us within 5 days of receipt of order.
BACK ORDER POLICY:
(02/01/07) You will be notified by e-mail only if there is to be any delay in filling your order (24-72hr). Even with our large inventory, backorders can occur. If this happens, we make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. All canceled backorders are charged a 5% cancellation fee.
RIGHTS RESERVED:
Performance Online, Inc. reserves the right to update, change or modify any product or policy as the company deems necessary without notice. This includes material and specifications. Performance Online cannot be held accountable or liable for incurring these changes to prior products manufactured.
