Our 1947-53 1st series Chevy and GMC Truck Front Power Disc Brake Conversion kit is great for the enthusiast who wants the added safety but Classic look. These kits work very well and use popular GM brake parts. These kits mount to the original straight axle using the popular 5 x 4.75" rotors.
Kit includes:
- 11.00" Brake Rotors (70-78 Camaro)
- 5 x 4.75" bolt pattern
- GM D52 Calipers w/brake pads
- Dust Caps and spindle nuts
- Rubber brake hoses
- Bearing and seals
- Caliper mounting brackets
- 8" dual diaphragm booster
- Brake brackets and pedal arm with rubber pedal pad
- 1.00" bore GM master cylinder and proportioning valve
- Hardware
Available upgrades:
- Drilled and Slotted Rotors (shown in picture), Add $84.65pr.
- Powder Coated calipers available in Red or Black, Add $42.86pr.
- Stainless braided hoses, Add $49.00pr.
Notes:
May not work with factory 15" drum brake wheels. This kit moves your wheels out 3/8" on each side.
