New rack and pinion power steering system for your 1960-66 Classic Chevy and GMC truck. Designed to give you the best steering you can have and provide much higher performance, driver comfort and feeback. This kit is designed with correct Ackermann and reduced bump steer. Works with any height coil springs and stock or drop spindles. Works great on lowered vehicles using airbags. Can use sway bar without any modifications.
Kit includes:
- 1 - Power Rack and Pinion (2-7/8 Turns Lock to Lock)
- 1 - Rack & Pinion mounting bracket
- 1 - U-joint for rack & pinion
- 1 - U-joint for steering column
- 1 - 3/4" DD steering shaft
- 2 - Outer Tie rod ends
- Hardware
- Limited lifetime warranty
Available upgrades:
- Big block applications may require additional 3/4DD x 3/4DD ujoint
- Big block applications may require #SSSB0000 Steering Shaft support Bearing
