Performance Online, Inc. (POL) engineers would like to introduce an easy common sense way to strengthen your high horsepower 62-67 Nova, 68-74 Nova, 67-69 Camaro and

70-81 Camaro rear suspension.  By using U-bolts instead of the standard hex

cap screw to hold the rear end to the leaf spring you will eliminate the

chance of breaking the spring axle seat.  The U-bolt will actually clamp the

rear end to the spring tie plate greatly reducing the stress put on the axle

seats.
