By using new grade 8 U-bolts instead of standard 50 year old originals, you will reduce the chance of breakage due to u-bolt stretch. We recommend replacing leaf spring ubolts after 2 torque settings.
These u-bolts are made in the USA and come long with extra threads for custom applications.
