Return & Refund Policy

Performance Online Inc.

We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be accompanied with an RGA (return Goods Authorization) number. 
All returns must be in new resellable condition or in the same condition that you received the product if a damage claim is being filed. Product must be unused and in its original packaging and accompanied with an RGA number written clearly on the box or invoice paperwork. Please include a copy of your invoice
Please contact orders@performanceonline.com. to request your return authorization number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1550 Melissa Crt, Corona, Ca. 92879 freight prepaid by the customer unless otherwise specified. Special circumstances my apply and are at the discretion of Performance Online Inc. Incorrect items or missing parts will be shipped at the expense of the shipper. All other return shipping is the responsibility of the customer  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if an item is appears to be  defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and service you better.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: shop manuals. electrical items, special orders or personalized items), sales items and all products not manufactured by Performance Online inc.  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding any return.

Exchanges
All exchanges need to be accompanied by a RGA (return goods authorization) number. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed in the order in which they are received. Refunds times may vary depending on the amount of refunds in the que at the particular time your refund was authorized. Please allow extra time for the refund to process through your bank or credit card.

Store Credit Incentive

  • If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we will waive or reduce the restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

  • Standard 20% restocking fee applies to refunds.

  • May be waived for store credit, exchanges, or our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical/electronic parts

  • Special-order/custom parts

  • Items installed, modified, painted, or used

  • Clearance/closeout items

  • Hazardous materials (fluids, paints, chemicals)

  • Gift cards

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds issued after inspection (3–5 business days).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photos.

  • If confirmed, we will issue a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost.

Core Returns (if applicable)

  • Cores must be returned within 30 days, drained, and in rebuildable condition.

CREDITS FOR RETURNED ITEMS

When a return is received, a credit or refund will be processed within 3 business days. It may take an additional 1-3 days before you see the credit back to your credit card or bank account. If you have questions regarding your return please email us at info@performanceonline.com.
