By purchasing from Performance Online, you agree to the following terms:

Order Acceptance & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Errors in pricing or availability may be corrected, and we reserve the right to cancel/refund incorrect orders.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Unless otherwise specified, shipments are sent the most economical way.

  • Default carriers: UPS and USPS. Optional carriers: FedEx and soon OnTrac for smaller West Coast orders.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to carriers or methods without notice.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

Warranty Coverage

  • Performance Online Manufactured Products are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty:

    • Wear Items (bushings, ball joints, etc.): 3 years, one-time replacement only.

    • Non-Wear Items: Lifetime coverage for materials and workmanship.

  • We also honor all valid manufacturer warranties for products we resell.

  • Warranty excludes labor, installation, fluids, alignment, and consequential damages.

Limitation of Liability

  • Performance Online shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
