Performance Online Master Cylinder, Aluminum Tandem Chamber, Disc Brake Conversion
Details
The exclusive POL features incorporated in this innovative and unique new design high performance master cylinder make it the perfect choice for a wide range of custom manual or power brake applications. High performance aluminum casting made of premium alloy produces a high capacity body that is lightweight, looks great, and has the durability for competition. Black powdercoated, machined lid captures a pressure balanced bellows gasket with 100% sealing against moisture invasion or fluid leakage.
Mounting flange is slotted to accommodate installation on bolt centers between 3.22" and 3.40". That makes it a simple bolt-on to many OE mounts including the popular Chrysler, Corvette, GM and Ford Mustang master cylinder bolt patterns.
Each master cylinder is configured with full seperation between the front and rear reservoir chambers and fluid outlets. There is pressure access on both sides of the position bore for right or left hand plumbing based on the mount locations. however our mastercylinder has a reverse wiper seal on the secondary portion of the front piston unlike our competitors. This seal does what the others do not and it allows your pedal to maintain the same brake pedal feel and your brake pads wear over time. The others do not because they are selling you a track only style master cylinder. Our all new pass through design is precisely positioned to allow equalization between the front and rear reservoirs. This is extremely helpful should there ever be a loss of fluid due to a breach in the hydraulic system. Pol - Performance Online's master cylinders are built for the longevity of performance high speed street driving first with the performance of competition use behind every improvement.
